Review extracted content

Review accuracy, current policies and images before approval. Automatic COVID-19 exclusions are applied by heading. Older POS/payment instructions are flagged for human review. Excluded content must never be supplied to the AI.

Illustrations and page images

Choose which figures to include and edit their captions. PDF visuals are page snapshots to preserve diagrams accurately; repeated logo/background pages start excluded.

Nothing is approved until you explicitly approve it.

Test the approved knowledge search

Search approved material with flexible keywords. The chatbot also uses meaning-based semantic search after indexing.

AI indexing: After approving a document or a new version, click Index approved SOPs. The process runs inside Supabase and may take several batches. Only approved, included sections are indexed.
